The only promising solution with better results is hair transplant.
The only second option especially in hairs which are thin and weak is PRP (Platelet rich plasma ) injections.
Minoxidil solution also has some good response in reducing the hair loss.
Hair building fiber is still under study and the results are not pleasing.
