Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. 5 bypassess surgery with 12 stents and heart failure with pump failure and ejection fraction of just 16 % is a severe heart failure and treatment is symptomatic and palliative , if compliant use of medications to control symptoms, life expectancy can be expected from 1 to 5 years. Please stay in constant touch with your cardiologist and have frequent followups and be compliant to your medications and hope for the best.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dotn forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
