Question: I had a cut on my penis and it dried up, so there is dry skin on it, and during sex this dry skin fell into my gf vagina, what could happened what should I do ?

I don't think its called a dry skin, but its a scab

That dry patch of skin which sloughed during coitus will come out or may have come out without you noticing it already during peeing or attending washroom etc. No more need to be done. Just wait and keep, maintain a good toilet and coital hygiene and everything will turn out to be normal.

Nutshell no worries. If she develops some foul smelling discharge or vaginal bleed, she should seek help other wise i am sure it won't even come to that.
