Brief Answer:
Diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.

After going through your question, my interpretation is -
- When you were taking Metformin with Glimepiride your 2 hours post breakfast sugar was between 65 to 78.
- After stopping all medicine your 2 hours post breakfast sugar is 210.

Considering these facts I would like to advise you -

- Take Tab containing only Metformin 500mg twice a day 1 tab after breakfast and 1 after dinner.

- Follow diabetic diet : consult dietitian who can plan diet for you according to your height, weight, BMI & food habits.

- Follow Regular exercise 150 min per week of moderate degree of physical exercise like brisk walking after consulting your doctor.

- Recheck your blood sugar levels (Fasting & Postprandial) and HbA1c after 3 to 4 weeks, according to test reports appropriate changes on medicine can be done.

- You should keep in mind whatever the problem you are facing discuss with your treating doctor and don't modify treatment your self.

For diabetic patients blood pressure above 140/90 requires medical treatment, what is your Blood Pressure reading?

Hope I have answered your question.

Dr Abhay Mali.
