Brief Answer:
Do take losar 50 mg now

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr. Priyank Mody and I would be addressing your concern.
The blood pressure mentioned is surely on the higher side,, however if you have taken with an electronic machine, the diastolic blood pressure may be overestimated. I would suggest taking losar 50 mg now. If there are some symptoms like chest pain, headache, giddiness, decrease in urine output or flank pain than do visit the nearest hospital. If it was routine assessment take the tablet and after 2 hours reassess the BP. Talk to your doctor if you have problems with losar, he would put in an alternative, but don't stop medication abruptly.
