Brief Answer:
Possible urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Well, you haven't mentioned 1200HPF of what. If you meant to say Pus cells, then yes, it'd be possible urinary tract infection. In that scenario, you may require antibiotics therapy for a few days. The urine should be sent for Culture and Sensitivity (antibiogram) study to look for the offending bug. Antibiotics can be decided accordingly.

For a detailed review, if you could kindly post the entire Urine examination, I'd be glad to look into it.

Additionally, please let me know:

Is there any pain/burning during urination?
Any pain abdomen/lower back pain/fever of late?
Since how long are you having this complaint?
Any other complaints?

Please ensure to drink a lot of water, cranberry juice throughout the day to help alleviate the symptoms.

Please discuss this with your doctor and proceed accordingly.
Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.
Regards

Hi,

Yes, the report seems to be indicating some urinary tract infection. So, the urine should be sent for Culture and Sensitivity (antibiogram) study for further analysis. Antibiotics can be decided accordingly. Please discuss this with your doctor and proceed accordingly.

As there are no other significant symptoms as of now, please ensure to drink a lot of water, cranberry juice throughout the day to help alleviate the symptoms.
