Question: My husband is 70, and his blood pressure is 137/75 pulse 70 He is tired and we are at sea level on vacation. Is this ok.

A bp of >140/90 mm Hg is considered high. So the bp you are telling is fine enough for him.
Tiredness can have other reasons like electrolyte deficiency or Vit D deficiency which are very common in elderly.
