Brief Answer:

Icing and topical nsaid application

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

How long ago was latest procedure? Did the swelling subside after the first procedure?

If you are sure that the swelling is because of infection followed revisions, clindamycin can help.

Before procuring clindamycin you can try icing, elevation, compression, and NSAIDS Like Ibuprofen for two days.

Sometimes procedures cause blocking of efferent channels esp lymph and veins.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
