Brief Answer:
BLONG F is not approved for the treatment of high Prolactin

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome to HCM.

I appreciate your concern for the efficacy of BLONG-F in the treatment of high prolactin level (Hyperprolactinemia).

B-LONG F medication actually contains Pyridoxine hydrochloride (SR) 100 mg, folic acid 5 mg.
Pyridoxine is vitamin B6 which is required to maintain the health of nerves, skin, and red blood cells and hence used to prevent or treat a certain nerve disorder and also to treat nausea and vomiting.

Folic acid is also a B complex vitamin usually prescribed along with iron to pregnant women to prevent anemia, miscarriage and “neural tube defects,” such as spina bifida.

Regarding the efficacy of BLONG F to lower the high prolactin level, it is not proved to be effective.

The most effective drugs to lower the high prolactin level are Bromocriptine and Cabergoline.

Since you have developed nausea, dizziness and weakness to Cabergoline, I advice you to consult your treating doctor for an alternate, safer but effective drug to lower the high prolactin level such as Bromocriptin, etc.

Hope to have answered your query.
