Do you mean that there is nothing to worry about HIV and need to do the tests for HCV only?

Titre is 0.14, which is less than 1, so nothing to be done.
In your report, reference range is 0 to 1, means anything between that is normal.

The HIV result looks same as last time. Before also it was 0.14, 0.13 and now 0.1. You also told it is normal. Only HCV has reduced from first report to now.
Why you are saying HIV doubtful now?

Do not confuse with low titre of HCV, you need to get further test ,as i told you.

and for HIV, It is normal,but HIV elisa is confirmatory.
because you are asking multiple times and you are in doubt that is why ,i told you to get confirmatory test.
