Question: Ihave redness in my fingers and thumb,olso in my hands the right hand is wost then the left also tingling at the tips of my hands .

In my opinion, conditions to consider in your case include arthritis of the hand joints, problems with the vessels such as peripheral arteritis, etc.

Tingling as a symptom may involve the nerves of the hand, so compression of nerves (secondary to the tunnel syndromes) should be considered also.

Blood tests for arthritis, Doppler ultrasound, and nerve conduction study of the affected arm and hand are necessary for a correct diagnosis.
