Brief Answer:
Gastritis or peptic ulcer can be cause for your persistent nausea.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to the 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have read your concern and below is my opinion.

Your main concern is persistent nausea feeling which is suggestive of gastritis or peptic ulcer.
In such case antacid like omeprazole or rabeprazole should be taken for two week atleast to heal the inflammed gastric mucosa.

If antacid doesn't help than endoscopy should be done for further evaluation.

You are having tingling issue. It is not related to gastritis. The vitamin B 12 deficiency, neuropathy, diabetes, thyroid issue are some of the common cause. For that your physical examination need to be done.

The dizziness could probably related to your gastritis. However in case of dizziness I prefer to check hemoglobin level to rule out anemia and blood sugar to check hypoglycemia.
The blood pressure also should be checked to rule out hypotension.

I hope I have explained your question's answer well.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
