However the management of marijuana induced anxiety is largely supportive and low dose of benzodiazepines can be of much help. I often prescribe 0.25 to 0.50 mg of clonazepam for such patients and see remarkable benefit among them.

Prozac have no role in acute anxiety induced by marijuana.
