Brief Answer:
Detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thank you for the query. I have gone through your reports..&found few mild concerns which need to be focused on.
1.Your hemoglobin is lower than normal. Normal average for XXXXXXX woman being between 12 to 14% ...you need some good iron(like green vegetables, all dark colored fruits &vegetables)/vitamins B complex( like sprouts, fermented food like Dhokla)/ vitamin c(all sour fruits like lemon ,orange/Proteins..(like milk&dairy products, non veg food items, all
Pulses,soya bean)... containing food
You should have a good digestion along with intake of these things. Also a medical prescription of Iron preparation like Syrup Dexorange over the counter would suffice .
2.About your cholesterol...there seems to be mild imbalance in proportion of HDL &LDL cholesterol...which can be controlled by
-Daily regular exercises
- cutting down oily fried food , fast food to be avoided
-eating healthy fats like olive oil, dry food like Akhrod,Badam
-More of green vegetables,fruits &salads
Consultation of a physician for more personal advise .
**From conception point of view...you have tested Thyroid functions which are normal.
Apart from this, if you have normal periods, normal body weight/your husband has good health with no sex& issue you have less than one year of married life with no serial problems...you need not worry.
For good chance of conception it is advisable to have unprotected sex around ovulation day.
-But if you have more than one year of married life without conception you should get-,
Your own Ovulation study& your husband's semen analysis after 3 days of abstinence. This would give primary information of your fertility status followed by other needful investigations &specific treatment by expert.
In such case you need consultation of a Gynecologist.
I hope the answer has helped you.Any follow up query is welcome
THANKS.
