Brief Answer:
Stomach infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor"service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX
I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

You seem to be having a persistent stomach infection which is causing these symptoms.
You need to visit your clinician who would go for your blood work including your counts and liver functions, stool examination and abdominal ultrasound.
He will prescribe the appropriate antibiotic course.

For the time being, take smaller frequent meals instead of three major meals, keep hydrated, avoid junk, spicy and greasy food, take soft diet,be physically active and avoid milk and milk products.
Hope that I have answered your query.
If you have any doubts, please let me know.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
STOMACH INFECTION

Detailed Answer:
Hi...

In addition to blood work,as per protocol, you need multiple investigations from here.
They include stool examination for cyst, ova and occult blood,,antigen test for H pylori and urea breath test and ultrasound testing helps in the diagnosis of a wide range of diseases and conditions, including diseases of stomach, gallbladder or pancreas and abdominal problems.
It can also detect a block in blood vessels supplying abdominal organs.
You must have been subjected to detailed Pelvic examination and Rectal examination.
Next step includes radiology scans like contrast CT Abdomen,MRI.
You may need an endoscopic examination of your gut.
Regards.
