Brief Answer:
Impaired brain functions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

The results of MRI shows micro hemorrhagies, the burst of small vessels on peripheral structure of brain.
The presence of flow voids means the low signal is seen in vessels that contain flowing blood and is generally synonymous with vascular patency, possibly dilated vessels and impaired blood flow.
The dropping eyye brow is probably related to these changes. Possibly diabetes and high blood pressure and atherosclerosis can lead to these changes.
It also can give cognitive impairment. This is not much related to heart transplant or chronic usage of immunosuppressive medications.
Please consult your neurologist as soon as possible

Hope I have answered the question.
