Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Thanks for writing back,

You seem to have symptoms suggestive of a small anal fissure, which might be the reason behind bleeding. I would suggest you to do the following:

- Consume plenty of fluids more than 2 litres daily.
- Engage in some routine exercise to keep your bowels active.
- Need to totally avoid spices.
- Apply Anovate cream twice daily for 3-5 days. This will help in reducing the burning sensation and also in faster healing. You will get an applicator alongwith, you can read through the catalogue and use accordingly.
- Also do Sitz bath 2-3 times daily. This involves sitting in a basin of warm water containing salt. This should provide an antiseptic property and keeps to wound clean. Also helps in healing.

I hope this helps,

Please feel free to discuss further or else kindly close the query and give your positive feedback,

Regards
