I read your query but you can add more details about the symptoms you are having like fever, burning and painful urination.
If you think that you may be having uti you may need to do an urine analysis and uroculture in order to find the right antibiotic that can be used.
If there is no possibility of testing I would have treated you empirically with ciprofloxacine.

I had to go Dr ..gave me the ciprofloxacin.
