Further I would I also like to add that I have undergone all tests which were normal both for me and my husband. My case is being termed as unexplained Infertility. But lately while getting a scan done before the ET, another doctor said I have a typical pcos. But this has not been told to me by all doctors. In few cycle they do found it but not always. So can this be an issue with my conceiving and I can expect that with Ivf I have good chances??

Brief Answer:
Wait for a week more...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Symptoms of pregnancy are noticeable by about 2 weeks. Further more, the most specific symptom of pregnancy is absence of period. Therefore in my opinion you need not be overly concerned. I would wait for some more days (5-7 days more) and then consider pregnancy test.

If your initial hormone tests were all normal, then yes you have better chances when compared to those with deranged parameters. Wait and then take up test.

Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.
