I have gone through your complaints and reviewed the attached pictures.
It seems to be either eczema or psoriasis.
I need to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of the rash?
Is it more during summer or winter?
What is the extent of itching?
Which medicines have you used in the past?
Apart from feet any other body sites involved?

Thanks for your response.

I suffer from the allergy more likely during this time of the year ( Winter).

I suffer from it since about one year but not continuously , between time to time. The extent of itching is very high during the night and when I am sleeping and after taking off the shoes. The medication I tried is (Dovobet) used it for one month and it become worse.

No other part of body is infected just the feet.

Psoriasis and its management

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be psoriasis.
I would recommend you to apply a topical steroid and salicylic acid combination like clobetasol propionate and salicylic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a moisturizing cream containing white soft paraffin on both the feet 2-3 times in a day.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Should I use the white parafine in the same time with the combination of clobestol and salicylic acid? Or leave a time between two applications?

How long should I keep use the creams ?

Detailed Answer:
You should apply white soft paraffin immediately after application of clobetasol propionate and salicylic acid combination cream.
You should apply these creams for atleast 2-3 weeks.
