Brief Answer:
Could be due to a pinched nerve in the neck region.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have noted your clinical details. The symptoms could be due to a pinched nerve in the neck region. The commonest underlying reason for that is a mild disc bulge (tissue between the vertebral bones).

For relief pf symptoms, you can take pregabalin capsules.

If symptoms persist, an MRI of cervical spine may be done to confirm the diagnosis.

I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Thank you very much actualy the MRI is not possible.
I am waiting 1 and half year for a MRA left shoulder test (the test is more 1 month)
So if i request CT for the servical spine and E.M.G for the nerves in the servical spines.
It will show them the problem?
By the way they could see the problem with the MRA that i am gonna do in more 1 month?

Brief Answer:
MRI is the best.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

MRI is the best to diagnose nerve problems.

X-ray, CT scan and EMG would give some information, which could help in diagnosis.

Wish you were in XXXXXXX here, MRI can be done in one day (there is no waiting period) and the cost of MRI is about 100 USD.

Best wishes,

Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM (Neurology)

Brief Answer:
Shoulder MRI may not give the full information.

Detailed Answer:
The symptoms do not appear like a joint problem. In shoulder joint disease, there would be pain only in shoulder joint and ant-like feeling in hand can not be explained. So, additional mRI of cervical should also be done in the same sitting.

Treatment is with medications such as pregabalin capsules for pain relief, and physiotherapy.

Best wishes,

Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM
