Brief Answer:
Diet changes may have caused it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

There are different reasons for constipation.
The most common and probable cause can be diet changes. If you have recently changed your diet eating less fruits and vegetables, less fibers and water it may have caused the change.
Other causes may be fissures, obstruction, a tumoral mass etc.
Also other pathologies such underactive thyroid, diabetes or nerve issue of the bowel may cause it.
You can try to use sena leaves or lactulose to help it
Keeping a fiber rich diet, having more water and exercising can make you improve your bowel frequency.
Tell me if you have recently checked stools for occult blood, done an abdominal ultrasound or colonoscopy, done a total blood count and formula, checked thyroid hormone levels.

Hope I have answered the question.
