I Have Had Stomach Excuriating Pain For Over A Week
Question: I have had stomach excuriating pain for over a week now . I have not been able to work . I feel very bloated ( 1 size up) . I feel nauseated and sometimes throw up . I feel nauseated whilst eating . After couple of spoonful I don’t feel like eating . I feel extremely tired and in pain constantly. I have been taking antioxibiatics Flagyl 500 mg three times a day for a week plus voltarol 100 mg daily but pain is still there . I have had loose motions and constipation ( constipation which is very very rare for me )

I am sorry about the excruciating pain that you are suffering from.
Most of your symptoms mainly point towards inflammation of the gall bladder or Cholecystitis (in medical terms). The loose stools and constipation could be due to irritable bowel syndrome. Or it could simply mean acute severe gastritis or GERD (Gastro Eesophageal Reflux Disease).
To conclude on the diagnosis, I suggest you to get an ultrasound scan of the whole abdomen done. In case, if you have already done it; Please upload the report on this page.
The management of your symptoms would depend on your clinical or radiographic diagnosis.
The medicines you have taken are right. I also suggest you take an antacid like Tablet Pantocid DSR once daily early morning on empty stomach to ease your symptoms.
