Question: I have had irregular periods. it has been 6 months and I got my periods recently after taking meprate for 5 days. This has happened to me a year back. I was under medication where I was taking diane65 for 6 months. this helped me for some time but again I had irregular periods. Could you please suggest ayurvedic treatment for this? I have heard of kumaryasava. can I take it
