Brief Answer:
Use anti fungal powder & cream prophylactically

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
The dyspigmentation is due to the frequent occurrence of your problem.
In summer and humid weather I would recommend you to apply anti fungal dusting powder like clotrimazole powder 2-3 times during the day time along with application of an anti fungal cream like luliconazole cream in the groin area once daily at night.
These are the prophylactic measures that will prevent recurrence of fungal infection.
As far as moles are concerned you need to consult a dermatologist and get them removed by radio frequency ablation or surgical excision.
There are no topical and oral medicines for moles.

Brief Answer:
Tacrolimus 0.1 percent ointment

Detailed Answer:
For dyspigmentation you can apply tacrolimus 0.1 percent ointment on the affected area once daily for 8-10 weeks.
It is a slow process and will take time.
Moles won’t be causing any problem.
You can leave them as such.
