Brief Answer:
Acute upper respiratory tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service.

Following is my opinion for your given case history.

I have checked your attached reports. Your Rapid covid card and widal typhoid test are negative. However Your CRP, ESR and neutrophil count are high which is suggestive of Acute upper respiratory tract infection.

You can be put on five days of Antibiotic course based on given history. You can be prescribed Ambroxol containing mucolytic syrup for your productive cough.

I want to acknowledge you that Rapid covid test has sensitivity rate of near 40 percentage. But RT PCR has more covid detection rate. So I suggest you investigate for covid with RT PCR as well to ensure about covid negative report.

You should visit pulmonologist for detailed chest evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards
