Brief Answer:
Use coconut oil safely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Fluconazole 100mg is antifungal medication and it is not a corticosteroid so you can safely use it.
It is also very effective and you can get better using only one but take as much as prescribed by your dermatologist.
Coconut oil is very useful for itching and preventing fungal infection and also without side effects.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

The dermatologist also prescribed betamethasone dipaug 0.05% oin 15G to use for itching. I used it one day and decided to just use the coconut oil because it is a steroid.

Brief Answer:
Use coconut oil instead of bethametazone ointment.

Detailed Answer:
Corticosteroid ointment bethametazone 0.05% topically isn't absorbed much systemically which means a very small ,insignificant percentage is absorbed in blood and it's percentage is really low.
Yet you can try coconut oil instead of the corticosteroid ointment.
Let's see in the upcoming days if it will be really effective.
