Question: I have allergic rhinitis from few years. Already tried with different medication, but is not helping. I did Total IgE test 3 months back and it was 387.7 IU/ml and doctor suggested to continue with Spiromont F-180 for 3 months and its still not helping. I will have severe sneezing from morning and running nose. Can you please advice if there is anything i can try?

Brief Answer:
Advice on treating allergy are explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

I recommend using another antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily.
I also suggest using a decongestant such as Sudafed to relieve the nasal congestion.
I suggest using a saline nasal spray for local application.
You should use a humidifier at home and avoid dry environments.

Hope my answer was helpful.
