What Can Cause A Soft Lump On The Bottom Of The Testicle?

Question: I have a soft very small lump on the bottom of the right testicle. It has been there for years since 2006. It has not grown or changed shape at all and there is no pain. It is very near the end of the epididymis, just off to the side. Can an epiddyural cyst form and be just off to the side. Curious about your thoughts,

So for clarification and epididymal cyst can be felt just off to the side of the epididimus? Like I said in my previous post it has been there for years. Thank you again for your time.
