I swalled my pain pill yesterday 800 mil idk if it went sideways down my throat last night

I think that the pill was a bit big and possibly it damaged the throat mucosal lining.
I think it is not anything to get concerned.
You can drink water to relieve a bit the pain.
It may need more time to get healed.
