Brief Answer:
Treatment modality depends upon following factors .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks fo query .

Based on the facts that you have posted you have been detected to have a stone of a size of 5.2 mm in ureter at UV Junction .

The treatment modality is decided on following factors
1) Severity of pain
2) Vomiting
3) Fever
4) Back pressure changes in kidney ( Degree of Hydronephrosis) caused by the stone in ureter and renal function.
5) Presence of infection

Normally stone of a size of less than 8 mm is expected to pass out spontaneously .

Take following medicines for a week
1) Antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin and Nitrofurantoin and smooth muscle relaxants like Drotaverin twice daily .
2) Alpha blockers like Tomsulosin once daily .
3) Urine Alkalizer like Citralka thrice daily
4) Ensure to drink more water 5-6 liters per day to keep urine dilute .
5) repeat Ultrasound Scanning after a 2 weeks (If required )

With this treatment you can expect the stone to pass out spontaneously .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
