Brief Answer:
Possible COVID-19... needs further testing...

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am,
I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but the symptoms your mother has been experiencing are unlikely to be due to shingles infection...

It is probably due to COVID-19 infection. I would recommend that she isolates immediately herself and get an RT-PCR test for coronavirus.

I hope you find this helpful
