Brief Answer:

Good hydration and methylcobalamin can help.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Muscular spasms can be treated by

(1) treating the underlying cause- In your case, it is a nerve related cause for which you are already having gabapentin

(2) keeping yourself well hydrated

(3) Stretching the muscles involved

(4) The use of anti-inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen, cataflam with meals provided there are no contraindications to their use

(5) A muscle relaxant may be necessary.
You can also add a daily methylcobalamin supplement and see if it helps.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
