Penile discharge following unprotected intercourse is usually due to sexually transmitted infections.

Back pain however is not common but can occur depending on the type of infection, location and more often in women.

Please consult your PCP or sexually transmitted diseases specialist and please get VDRL, Gram staining, culture and sensitivity of the discharge, (full STI panel of investigations).

Till then you should drink plenty of water and clean the foreskin with iodine solution.

You can take a pain killer for the lower back pain.
