Brief Answer:
Possible herpes genitalis

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and reports. I believe it is herpes genitalis. It can be transmitted with skin to skin contact even though you used condoms. Sores are not necessarily needed for transmission to occur.
Possibly you may have it without symptoms or with few symptoms and don't know you are having it.
Diagnosis can be done using PCR or viral culture.
You can use antivirals such acyclovir or valacyclovir to shorten outbreaks.
Use calamine lotions over them.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
