Hello and welcome in Ask the Doctor

I can understand your concern

As you explain the situation it is hard for me to say exactly what is the cause . Regarding your prescription does not seems like a serious situation. However in order to be correct with your case it would be better to send me the CT images with attachment and I will see and evaluate and after I can have a clearer picture of your situation. And please provide some more information about your symptoms such as cough breathlessness fever and other if you have.

Hope to have been helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

To be sure if it is a vessel or a liquid better to do the ct scan with contrast intravenously which is the preferred examination in such conditions. If the result comes positive for large lung vessel than the next step is to exclude heart and after the rheumatologic problems given the fact that you also have hematuria.
If liquid in small quantity than the above are also needed

Please discuss with your doctor for the above

I do not yet have a copy of the ct scan yet, The report said the structure was quite large as a possible large vessel versus fluid within the minor fissure.
I have mild ache on occasion in the chest, microscopic hematuria. No cough or other symptoms. I'm an ex cigarette smoker, but have vaped for a year.
