Yes, I do consume alcohol occasionally. The last I consumed was like 1.5 months ago.

Also I got this complete blood and urine test done because I'm falling ill quite often, like tiredness, sleep deprived, constant headache, body ache, sometimes stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhoea, mild fever as well.

Need not worry.

I suggest you to rule out deficiencies like Vit B12 and Vit D. Get them estimated, deficiencies can cause low immunity and recurrent health issues.
