Age 26 Male, I just noticed this today. I have had instances in the past where i have had blood on toilet paper when wiping over the last 9 months or so but they would be very far apart and only lasting for a day. I have not had any issues with gas or constipation and at some points have had hard stool but not constantly. In the last 2 weeks.
Brief Answer:
Prolapsing hemorrhoids
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
As per the history and the photo these appear to be prolapsing hemorrhoids.
Please push them inside anal canal every time they prolapse to avoid complications of hemorrhage, thrombosis.
I would advise you the following in such a situation.
Consult a General Surgeon or a Proctologist for clinical evaluation, examination, per-rectal digital palpation, ano-proctoscopy to get a confirmed diagnosis and plan for the management as per the discussion he shall have with you.
Better to get a colonoscopy done.
Take stool softeners if you have constipation.
I hope this answers your query and helps in decision making.
Take care and give feedback.
