Brief Answer:
Please relax, this doesn't sound serious.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have read your question and here is my advice.

I can understand your concern. Penile discharge may be very worrisome for many people, however, most of the times it's not a serious issue, I can assure you. You should not worry about this much especially if your blood tests are recently normal.

This Complain is very common. However the most common causes of this symptoms are urethritis, that is an infection of the urethra. This is accompanied by urination frequency and urgency most times and burning urine; however not always. This is easily treated with few days of antibiotics.

Your worry may be well justified as sometimes this may be a sign of serious kidney problems as well. However, in that case, there is clear blood and for long times. If it's not been there for a long time, on top of that your recent bloodwork normal including PSA, this is very assuring that nothing appear this much serious.

Sometimes drugs may cause little change in the color of the discharge. Let I know if you take any medications.

So, please relax, take more fluids, and get your urine tested tomorrow when you see your PCP to look for any infection. I am hopeful this would be okay.

Hope I have answered your question. I will be glad to answer any further question.
Please don't hesitate to ask anything else you need to know.

Kind Regards
Dr. Rahman.
