Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, there can be several causes which should get evaluated.

Kindly follow up with a bit more information,
Do you have fever, abdominal pain, loose motion, acidity/heartburn, had any outside food?

For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with gastroenterologist for detailed clinical examination.

He may procure ultrasound abdomen, complete hemogram, upper GI endoscopy SOS as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities for chronic gastritis/gastric ulcer.

Till then you can take tablet ondensetron for vomiting. In case of heartburn, you can take syp mucaine gel. Avoid hot and spicy foods. Avoid smoking if you have it. Do regular exercise.

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further.
