Brief Answer:
It maybe due to low BP

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It seems that you have low BP or electrolyte imbalance. Do you have any other symptoms like diarhea, vomiting, ear problem, too much sweating, fever, etc? Are you taking any medicine?

I will suggest that you drink ORS or salted lime water regularly. Avoid lifting heavy weights or avoid sudden movements. Get your BP evaluated. If this does not get better, then you will need blood tests for complete blood count, fasting blood sugar, sr electrolytes, LFT and KFT. You may also need an ENT consultation if there are symptoms related to ears.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
