Question: I cut the side of my big toe and it became infected. I clean it with hydrogen peroxide and apply triple antibiotic ointment. I can not get the infection cleared up. It oozes clear fluid at first but now a cream colored pasty ooze that has an odor. It has been infected and very tender for 60 days plus.

Hello dear, welcome to "Ask a doctor service" . I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and the big toe seems red, swollen and infected. You described as thick white fluid coming out of it and it can be pus.
I can recommend you to use ichthammol ointment on it daily to help it not to be spread more and to drain pus out.
I think also you may need to take oral antibiotics since you have been dealing with it for 60 days.
Amoxicillin clavulonic acid may be used orally to treat it.
