Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history low back pain from hip joint to ankle may be due sprain or herniated disc which needs further evaluation.

Kindly let me know if you had any kind of accidental injury, history of fall , heavy weight lifting , overweight, driving for too long?

Till then you can use tab Ibuprofen 400mg BD to ease your pain..
Locally you can apply diclofenac gel and hot pad.
Give proper rest to your back and use orthopedic bed and shoes.
Do not bend forward and avoid sitting downside with folded legs.
Do slightly stretching exercises and can opt for physiotherapy.

Hope I have answered your query for now...
Revert me back so that I can help you more efficiently .
Take care..

Waiting for your reply.

Regards,
Dr Shyam XXXXXXX
