Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Do you have difficulty in breathing? How long do you have symptoms?
We are keeping a diagnosis of COVID on higher priority when managing similar symptoms. Your symptoms are overlapping with it. However your symptoms still seem to be mild.
You can go for COVID testing if you are willing to go through its management protocol like isolation ward, their medicines, etc. Some states in XXXXXXX still have mandatory isolation in ward only. Other states are isolating only severe symptoms.

Anyways I will suggest that you get your chest X-ray done to see if its gone to lungs or not. Further management will depend on its results. Also get a complete blood count done.

Meanwhile drink hot fluids. Keep your mind off corona by doing positive things and avoiding negative news. Also isolate yourself for atleast 15 days. Keep your family members safe by taking all your precautions.
