I Am Having Right Sided Neck And Shoulder Pain .
Question: I am having right sided neck and shoulder pain. it feels like a pulled muscle or tension. I have had that for 2 days but today I have left arm tingling with it.

So it's ok for the pain to be on the right side with left arm tingling? The left arm is what is making me nervous

There are two separate nerves, one on each side. So, it is possible to have symptoms on both sides.
I know main anxiety could be about it being related to heart disease. But it does not appear like that. In heart attack, there would be pain in the middle to chest, which would then radiate from center of chest to inner arm. Moreover, tingling is not a symptom of heart disease.
