Question: I am having chest pains and i'm short of breath and sweating what could this be I am only 40 and too young for a heart attack?

Heart issues can happen at early age also. So kindly get yourself evaluated by visiting an emergency department of near by hospital and get an ecg, echocardiogram and troponin I test done.
