Please let me know do you have burning while urination, increased urination frequency, rashes, sore throat, cough with phlegm, abdominal pain, loose motion or history of injury?

For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, urine analysis, peripheral smear for maleria parasite, dengue NS 1 antigen, throat swab after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion to rule out any other possibilities though viral infection is the most common cause.

Till then for fever and pain, you can take tablet acetaminophen 500 mg every 8 hourly. Apply diclofenac gel locally. Heating pads will also help. You may require antibiotics after consultation as treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Along with that keep yourself hydrated. Take balanced diet. Do regular blood pressure monitoring. Take proper rest.
