Question: I am dizzy and off balance. Left side of my face feels numb and my left shoulder feels numb. Should I go ER now?

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a stroke or TIA ( transient ischemic attacks). Keep a track of your blood pressure.

For this reason, I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and a brain CT scan or angio CT scan and some other tests ( a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes, complete blood count, blood electrolytes).
