Brief Answer:
follow the advises...maintain a healthy lifestyle...

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I've reviewed the attached reports, there are few areas that needed to be taken care of.

Your BMI is fine as per your age group. However, the cholesterol and Triglyceride levels are high, along with borderline low HDL and insufficient Vitamin D3 levels. The ECG is within normal limits only.

Firstly, you should also initiate some dietary modification on daily basis. Try to avoid junk/fast foods completely, no excessive deep-fried foods strictly...

-Avoid processed and packaged foods, always try to eat fresh, organic foods, have fresh fruits instead of any packaged fruit juices...Include a lot of fresh green leafy vegetables in the daily diet.. have a bowl of salad every day...try to include foods which help to decrease Cholesterol and increase the HDL level (the good one) in the body, like olive oil, beans, and legumes, whole grains, plenty of nuts etc...

Stop smoking completely (if at all do), better to avoid alcohol also (if at all consume)...drink plenty of water throughout the day(at least 2.5ltr per day)...

Also, start working out and increase physical activities (for the beginning 30-45 minute of daily jogging in the morning or evening followed by free-hand exercises etc.)...

Make sure to get daily sun-exposure on bare body parts for around 15-20min in the morning, preferably in between 8-10am (it'll help in natural synthesis of Vit-D levels)...include foods like fortified milk, almonds, pistachios, hard-boiled eggs, spinach, orange juice, plenty of legumes to maintain proper Vit-D3 levels in the body...

Apart from this, you should also meet an Internal Medicine specialist for a clinical check-up. Repeat the Lipid profile, Uric acid and CBC after 3months to look into it further.

Let me know if there are any further doubts/queries...

Take Care
Kind Regards
