Brief Answer:
Dehydration and electrolyte loss

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for asking query on HealthcareMagic,
Very likely your symptoms are due to stomach flu.Vomiting causes body to loose large amount of electrolytes like sodium potassium chloride etc. These electrolytes are responsible for proper contraction and relaxation of muscles.Brain cells derives their energy from glucose. Not taking things orally may cause severe glucose deprivation along with electrolyte depletion.Dizziness can also be because of dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. Hyopthermia is again suggestive of dehydration.
You should take your pulse and blood pressure initially.
If upper blood pressure(systolic) is less then 100 mm of hg and pulse is more then 100 per minute then you should go to the nearest emergency room and get i.v fluids and medicine.
Till then take over the counter medicine zofran 4mg thrice daily to avoid nausea.
Drink lots of electrol or oral re-hydration solution.
Follow up with your primary care doctor.
Hope I was helpful.
Thanks!
